Used Vehicle Acquisition Manager

Position Summary:  The Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist is responsible for acquiring quality pre-owned vehicles directly from consumers, previous customers, service customers, referrals, businesses, auctions, and other sources.  The primary goal is to increase Homan Auto's used vehicle with quality used vehicles that meet consumer demand.

This is a position focused on acquiring vehicles - not selling.

Primary Responsibilities

• Purchase vehicles from the public
• Purchase vehicles from service customers
• Purchase vehicles from our customers
• Generate appointments from internet acquisition leads
• Follow up on appraisal requests
• Contact equity customers
• Contact lease maturity customers
• Purchase vehicles through online and other sources
• Purchase vehicles from vehicle auctions

Marketing

Generate buying opportunites through:

• Phone Calls
• Text & email campaigns
• Facebook Marketplace
• Facebook
• Google Leads
• Referrals

Administrative

• Complete purchase paperwork
• Coordinate loan payoffs
• Schedule Transportation
• Coordinate title and other paperwork

Compensation Plan
